Make Your Design Simple If You Can

Avoid Deep & Narrow Grooves or Small Hole Machining
Tools for these purposes usually are made of stiff and hard materials like tungsten carbine or high-speed steel. Even with the special material tools, they might distort during the machining process. The further the tools extent from the tool carrier, the easier tools will cause shivering that cause unsmooth marks or hard to meet the tolerance of the components.
