We are very familiar with the milling process. From the beginning stage of create 3D drawing by using CAD/CAM software, like Autodesk inventor, Fusion 360 and SolidWorks.
The computer-aided design or computer aided manufacturing allow us to specify our customers’ design dimensions and tolerance requirements.
G-code Created
G-code were then created in order to fabricate customer’s design parts, like the tool path, cutting sequence, tool speed, workpiece movement and so on.
Set up the CNC Machine and Start the Machining
After the G-code was created, material will be inserted into the machine surface, cutting tools are to be attached into the spindle of the CNC machine.
Once all the set ups were done, the CNC machine will process the operations needed to complete the design part.
